What does that vanity plate mean?

As I drive down the road I always notice the license plates of the vehicle ahead of me. There is always that one custom license plate that gets me. I love to read them and then try to figure out the psyche of that individual. Plates like IMACPA and OU812 are simple to decipher. The plates that aggravate me are the ones that make no sense at all. You then sit and look at them a long time and try to figure out what they say. Even after the car is long out of sight you are still running the plate in your head trying to have it make sense. It is extremely aggravating at times.
