Build Teams Person by Person

I do not know why people resist being on teams at work. It is a great experience. I always learn a lot when I am on a good team. Now that I think about it, it does matter whether or not you are on a good team. I went on an indoor team building excursion last year. It was fantastic. I learned a lot about myself and how I interact with other people. I never gave much thought to it before, but now that I am aware of how I respond to people and situations, I can create a more productive environment for me and everyone on the team.
