Is it possible to make a living day trading? Yes. Many people have earned millions of dollars on such a venture, proving that it is possible to earn a very large income from such trading. However, this type of trading is only for the serious investor. It is not an easy venture, and takes a lot of work and research in order to be successful. One must research the entire spectrum of the stock market. Examining only small fractions of the market would result in disastrous decisions. Timing is very important. Trading involves picking a stock while its price is low and selling it once the price has gone up. Forex education can be held for years before the price is right for selling. With day trading however, the time scale you are working with becomes much shorted and stocks will often be bought and sold on the same day.
