As a business owner, I like to think I have some good ideas about how to run a successful one. One thing I think is vital is staying caught up with the times, and using the latest software. For example, my best friends owns a few different properties, and is considering turning them into a real business. I’ve told him that if he really wants to be successful, then he needs to invest in some property software. It will help him keep track of everything, and see where improvements can be made. I may not know much about renting, but I do know something about business!
