    How to Print Checks from QuickBooks

    Instead of fumbling around QuickBooks trying to figure out how to print your batch of checks, simply follow these steps to print.  Quickbooks checks made easy!

    Step 1: Go to the File Menu and select Print Checks.

    Step 2: Display the Print Checks window.

    To print single QuickBooks checks:

    Step 1: From the Write Checks window, click Print on the toolbar, enter the check number and click OK, or

    Step 1a: From the File Menu, choose Print Checks, enter the check number and click OK.

    To print multiple QuickBooks checks:

    Step 1: From the Write Checks window, choose Print Batch from the print drop down menu on the toolbar. Select the Checks you want to print and click OK, or

    Step 1a: From the File menu, choose Print Forms and then choose Print Checks. Select the Checks you want to print and click OK.

    Step 3: Choose the Check style that you want to use (standard, voucher or wallet) to match the Checks you purchased from Intuit. At printing time, your choice appears in the Print Checks window. You can choose a different type at that time.

    Step 4: Click OK and you are now ready to print your QuickBooks Checks.
