There is a proper process for everything. Most especially for your body, good weight lifting techniques will give you the benefits faster and better. You will also avoid any accidents because of bad techniques. Start off with a good warm up and stretching. After doing this, start with the weight training and do small reps in the beginning. Depending on your health condition and level, it will vary. However, do not push yourself to doing weights that you cannot handle or else you might end up hurting yourself. End your weight lifting routine with a good cool down and stretch.
