A New Routine

I recently wanted to add a new exercise to my regular routine. I bought some pull up bars and tried to do some pull ups. At first it was very difficult and I could only do one pull up. I added an additional pull up each day until I was able to do a set of ten pull ups pretty easily. Then I added in some crunches and leg lifts on my bar. I have not only built my abdominal muscles, but my upper body strength is more than it has ever been. I owe all of this to the simple addition of an inexpensive piece of equipment.
