Exercise is the key to womens health

I firmly believe that exercise is the key to good womens health. That’s why I’m always encouraging my friends to join me in my routine. I perform cardio exercises along with some resistance training to boost up my health. I don’t lift heavy weights, just the light ones. At first, it may seem to be a tiring routine, but it’s really not. It’s all about keeping in mind what do I want to achieve. I am always looking forward to a healthier me this new year. I just need to make sure that I will do my best to keep them.
