Running Out of Money

When my brother got home he did not have enough currency to get through the week. I asked him what he was planning to do about that. I told him that I was not going to give him any money. He needed to get himself down to the local bank and see if they would do a money exchange for him. I told him before he got here that he needed to take care of this before he left. Of course, he waited until the last minute and then he did not have enough time to finish his last little errand.
