    The Significance of Chi running

    A way of running in which a more midfoot strike rather the heel strike that most runners use is the Chi running. So that the foot can be less stressful on the body and cause less overuse injuries the use of midfoot is the idea behind. At least that is what the promoters and supporters of Chi running claim. In collaboration with the Chi running shoe community specifically for the mid foot strike technique of running the new balance running shoe company has made a special shoe. There is a lack of evidence to support the concept of Chi running, but it is a growing community.
