Retiring in Florida

My mom and dad are retiring in four months and have decided they want to move to Florida to enjoy their golden years. While I was visiting last week, we called a local real estate agent in to put their house on the market. Now they have asked that I take another week off to go visit Miami Real Estate agents also. They do not want to wait until their home sells to see what is offered in Florida. I think they also want to know how much they can afford which is understandable. They don’t want to spend the rest of their lives paying off a house or condo.
