    Running without running shoes

    There is quite a lot of discussion regarding if we should jog without footwear or run with athletic shoes? We were apparently made to run without shoes, but which was prior to concrete had been developed and the ground that individuals train on got less forgiving. There are two schools of thought about if barefoot running is a great or perhaps a negative way of going about it. You will find runners who believe that it is a natural thing to do which is wholesome and prevents overuse injuries as well as makes the foot more robust. Additionally, there are runners who assume we want expensive athletic shoes to shield us all from the hard concrete. There is actually no research in either case regarding which is the greater way to jog.
