    Patenting Novelty Toys

    My neighbor has created a lot of novelty toys over the past few years. He makes them for all of the kids in the neighborhood to play with. My children really like some of the stuff he makes and so do their friends. My husband suggested that he patent some of them. He thought it was a good idea, and started looking into it the following day. Now he has exclusive rights to about twelve of the popular toys. He is considering finding a way to start marketing them to the public. I think many of them will be very popular among young children.
