Hiring Technical Individual to Expand Business

My business is growing and we are adding on new employees and expanding our office space. Along with the new hires we will need more computers, they are the backbone that keeps the business running. I need to hire a techie to complete do all of the networking and keep the system running smoothly. I do not know much about technical stuff to be able to interview the potential candidate. My business partner and I have been researching a few companies to find a competent Tech Staff Recruiter that can refer us an employee and can assure us that he has the skills we need before we make a hiring decision.
