Virus problem

As a tech support agent, I encounter different types of computer related concerns everyday. Sometimes, I just receive plain stupid problems. But there are also challenging cases when the client is irritated or what. Most of the time though, the problem is simply virus related. I would just suggest getting the best internet security software. That way, they won’t have any problems with their computer. It saves a lot of time and effort on both sides. I know it’s my job. But I think it’s already their job to protect their computer from viruses. That is something to consider when buying your computer.
